Mark your calendar for "Vino Classico with a Beer Chaser," a popular wine and beer tasting and silent auction fund-raiser.  Vino Classico, which annually draws nearly 400 persons, will feature more than 100 wines, beers from at least 6 vendors, sodas, plus food samples from local restaurants. Attendees will also be able to order specially priced bottles of the beverages through Eden Prairie Liquor.

This year's Vino Classico features a silent auction, with dozens of items donated by area businesses - including event tickets and sports memorabilia - and a raffle to win one of three prizes from our "Wall of Wine."

Tickets to Vino Classico cost $40 in advance and $50 at the door and will be available in late Aug. at Eden Prairie city-owned liquor stores - located at the Prairie Village Mall and near Rainbow Foods and Cub Foods grocery stores - from members of the Eden Prairie (A.M.) Rotary Club, and online at http://bit.ly/1LEmDlQ

All proceeds will go to the EPAM Rotary Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization that manages funds raised by the Eden Prairie A.M. Rotary Club.
