Corporate wellness expert, Terri Mattson, will speak on healthy living. Together we will look into daily habits and see where there is room improvement. We will then move into activity level and nutritional choices that we can tweak to help us move forward in our wellbeing one small step at a time by creating an action plan. In closing we will talk about stress level and see how our action plan aids in reducing stress.
