Soile Anderson and Eleanor Ostman will be speaking about their book, Celebrations to Remember. Soile Anderson, a native of Finland, became a renowned caterer in Minnesota. Her company, Deco Catering has coordinated events for dignitaries ranging from the Dalai Lama to the King of Norway to President Barack Obama. Eleanor Ostman was the food writer for the St. Paul Pioneer Press-Dispatch for more than 30 years. She shares Soile’s Finnish heritage and together they produced the book, Celebrations to Remember.
