Eden Prairie City Manager Rick Getschow - State of Eden Prairie
City Council-member Brad Aho introduced Eden Prairie City Manager who was hired away from Hopkins, MN after a nationwide search conducted by Greg Albrecht’s search firm. Rick shared EP’s #2 ranking in Money Magazine’s Best Places to Live in the US. Rick also shared the results of a citywide survey which indicated that 95% of EP residents rated EP quality of life as good or excellent. Survey respondents liked parks and trails, convenient location, schools, public safety and shopping. The issues facing EP were traffic and speeding. The

Spotlight on Glenn Olson
Glenn is married to Kathy and they have three daughters, 2 granddaughters, 5 grandsons and another grandson on the way. Glenn bought a farm near Park Rapids 51 years ago and very much enjoys sharing this special place with friends and family. Glenn and his wife love to travel and he spends his spare time building furniture. Glenn was a sprinter in high school and college and is a “parrot-head”. If you weren’t at the meeting, you missed a great slideshow.
