Following a journey based on a lifelong love of beer, Don developed a taste for well-defined craft beers and IPAs in particular. What began as a family hobby to explore the creation of great beer, turned into and obsession and culminated in a vision that we know as Fat Pants. Through hard work, determination and a dedication to family, friends and community Fat Pants has become a favorite in Eden Prairie and now the eternally grateful recipient of the Star Tribune Minnesota’s best 2023 Best Brewery award.
