Samba Fall, Executive Director
Multi Cultural Kids Network
Samba Fall is an immigrant from Senegal and a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota, currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on organizational theory and behavior. He worked for Hennepin County at the Office of Multicultural Services and has served as a member of the Hennepin County Council on Racial Equity Advisory Council, where he chaired the Employment Committee.Samba is deeply engaged in Rotary International, where he is the District 5950 Chair of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI), a member of the District 5950 Membership Committee, and Chair of International Service for the Maple Grove Rotary Club. Beyond his civic leadership, he is the Executive Director of the Multicultural Kids Network, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing disparities in education, health, and community development.
Through his professional, civic, and nonprofit leadership, Samba continues to build bridges of opportunity, equity, and belonging both locally and globally.
