Topic:   2018-2019 Vision for Our Club
Our fearless leader outlined his vision for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Membership, membership, membership – during the fiscal year, each member is asked to invite two prospective members to a Rotary meeting.  Holly Link and Suzanne Kutina presented a schedule including at least one fun/social event every month giving everyone additional opportunities to have fun and introduce prospective memories to the club.

Matt is also looking for ideas to diversify fundraising beyond the Vino Classico to provide more dollars to support causes and programs.  We would also like to use dollars to match District 5950 funds.  The district has $385,000 available for matching grants this year.

Rotary fatigue tends to set in for those who volunteer for leadership positions and Matt would like to mitigate the fatigue factor while keeping involvement high.  There was very good discussion among the members in attendance regarding the impact and importance of Rotary in their lives and the desire to share this passion with others.  Everyone was asked to visit the "Involvement  Tables" in the back of the room and sign up to help out this year.
