Culture Brokers LLC  offers the comprehensive capabilities and deep industry knowledge necessary to help you deliver diversity, inclusion, and equity results in even the most complex situations.

Earl Ross spoke about how Culture is a social system that affects our thoughts and actions. He challenged everyone to ask themselves how satisfied they were with their organization's diversity, inclusion, and racial equity. His company uses lots of assessments that allow for companies to gauge their culture and diversity. Earl focused on the Diamon Inclusion Assessment and how results from that assessment can improve a business outlook.
