Candidate Jeff Jiang discussed how he wants to take a balanced approach when it comes to accommodating needs for residences and affordable housing. Jeff also talked about how he wants to make reasonable decisions for energy efficiency. Candidate Steve Cwodzinski talked about how he supports the new transportation system. Steve also talked about how he is advocating for more teachers of color and room for more improvement in police reform. Candidate Laurie Pryor is thankful to have been able to reconnect with people and hear how their stories have turned out during her candidate process. She also is in strong favor for renewable energy. Candidate Holly Link wants to work on sustainable housing for individuals. From experience on the school board for putting solar panels on schools, Holly is interested in exploring clean energy. Candidate Carlie Kotyza-Witthuhn is interested in investing for rental units for more affordable housing. Carlie was also an initiative to climate change and plans to continue doing so.
